This will be a dynamic and highly autonomous role, suitable for someone with a proven record of results and delivering KPI outcomes in a real estate sales environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Provide leadership, guidance, training and coaching to the sales and property investment agent teams. Drive monthly KPI targets and create frameworks of accountability around activities in order to achieve results. Cultivate and support a culture of positivity and performance. Ensure sound knowledge of legislative requirements and professional standards. Identify staffing needs of the sales department and recruit accordingly. Prepare for and manage team meetings, KPI's and performance. Represent the company as required at external events and functions. Point of contact for sales team, management, client and stakeholders. Prospect, list, negotiate and sell properties. ABOUT YOU: The successful candidate will have: Demonstrated high performance in sales Have several years of experience in a real estate sales environment. Be highly results-driven and customer-focused. Have the ability to self-manage and work well under pressure Leadership experience leading teams is preferred but not essential.
