Temporary assignment for an Office Allrounder - possibility of converting to direct employment Our Client is seeking an experienced Administrator available for an immediate start for this Temporary Assignment. Expected duration is 3 months, however the role could expand to an ongoing opportunity and covert to direct permanent part-time employment. Offering a Monday to Thursday working week your role could see you working either 8 hours per day commencing as early as 7:00 am or as late as 9:00 am to suit your work/life balance OR School Hours Your tasks will vary but include general administration, taking telephone enquiries, assisting the Accounts team and updating systems. Essential: Previous experience as an Administration Assistant, preferably within manufacturing and/or construction industry Intermediate to advanced computer skills A high attention to detail Drivers license and reliable transport This is a fast paced workplace in the construction manufacturing sector therefore the ability to learn new processes, apply them and follow work place directions is essential.
