This role will offer high level administration support to the partnership managers, supporting with organisation, account management and other initiatives that will further grow and strength these relationships. This role is joining a fast paced, high-performing team so if you are ready to take on this challenge and be part of something extraordinary — apply now Responsibilities: Demonstrate meticulous organisation and administration skills to service existing Foodbank partnerships and support growth Provide support for varied aspects of partnerships, including workplace giving, volunteering, sponsorships, partner events and cause related marketing campaigns Maintain regular contact with all existing and prospective partners, utilising the in-house CRM tools to track Work closely with Foodbank Marketing & Communications Executive on all partner marketing and communication needs Contribute to portfolio updates for leadership Active participant of Foodbank’s Marketing & Fundraising Committee Contribute, along with other staff members, to the smooth running of the office by answering phones, maintaining contacts in Salesforce, assisting with basic office administration etc. Skills and Experience: Practical experience in project coordination or administration Highly professional and articulate with the ability to develop and maintain relationships. Exceptional written skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively. Understanding of brand and cause related marketing. Proven experience writing proposals and presentations. A genuine interest and passion to work in the non-profit sector. Previous experience working with Salesforce favourable.
