Your one application has you considered for the 3 roles Support Services Officer- Community Services- Scheduler This role requires you to provide an efficient, accurate, and reliable administrative service for Community Services clients and team focusing on client scheduling and management of client enquiries to support in home and community-based care delivery. This will include: Scheduling of client services across the Community Services portfolio and maintaining an effective and efficient roster for the delivery safe and quality care and services. Inputting of data accurately following client schedules and care plans to ensure the appropriate allocation and rostering of staff to deliver services to clients. Review of data and reconciliation of data against rosters to support accurate reporting against contract performance requirements. Strong communication skills to proactively respond to client and staff queries regarding scheduling of services, changes to services supporting timely care. Adjustment of rosters and ensuring vacant services are filled in a timely manner and minimising disruption to clients to ensure effective care delivery. This will include: Support the Wellbeing Clinicians with everyday administration tasks Support effective referral management; conduct screening calls for new clients, create and dispense new client information packs, ensure all necessary new client forms are completed and uploaded to electronic management system Upload clinical documentation to electronic management system Respond to client queries for information and access relevant files including information about services and eligibility Client contact for purposes including appointment reminders, did not attends (DNA), unable to contact, discharges Referrer contact for purposes including providing lists of unable to contact clients, sending clinician correspondence. This will include: Supporting the Allied Health Clinicians with everyday administration tasks Supporting effective Allied Health referral management; conduct screening calls for new clients, create and dispense new client information packs, ensure all necessary new client forms are completed and uploading to electronic management system Scanning and upload clinical documentation to electronic management system Respond to client queries for information and access relevant files including information about services and eligibility Client contact for purposes including appointment bookings, appointment reminders, did not attend (DNA) rescheduling, unable to contact, discharges Assistance in ordering, receiving and managing clinical stock For any questions or further enquiries, please contact Bret Appel on bretany.appelnwrh.com.au About you Suitable candidates will have demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of general administrative principles and procedures, enabling you to hit the ground running Your experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products, combined with your demonstrated ability in word processing and using spreadsheets to compile reports will be pivotal to your success Your excellent oral and written communication skills will provide you with the foundation to effectively liaise with a range of customers, stakeholders, and staff in a professional and respectful manner, both in public and over the phone. You will also be liaising on a daily basis with a variety of people, including those of a diverse cultural background. This is a highly autonomous role and therefore must be comfortable working independently but within a cohesive, small team environment. Candidates who in addition have had exposure to accounting software packages and have worked in the NFP sector will be held in high regard.
