Description Reporting to the People, Culture & Safety Manager, the focus of this role is to provide excellent administrative support as part of a small PCS team in the delivery of quality people, culture & safety services. You will be responsible for: Collaborating with various business units, provide administrative support in the employment of casual program and competition staff and volunteers and monitor and maintain documentation and compliance requirements. Under the guidance of the PCS Coordinator, assisting with recruitment and selection administration activities , including arranging interviews, supporting Selection Panels and undertaking reference checking. Coordinating the onboarding, induction and offboarding processes for the WAFC. Providing administrative support to the WHS Committee and the promotion of a range of health and wellbeing activities and resources. Completing all relevant administrative tasks associated with learning and development requests. Undertaking a range of administrative duties including maintenance of Kitchen Roster, WAFC uniform/merchandise stock control and ordering and PCS projects and reporting. Skills And Experiences To be successful in this role you will need to: Demonstrate experience working in roles that provide administrative support. Demonstrate an ability to undertake administrative activities with a very high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and with competing priorities. Demonstrate a high level of computer literacy, including advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and a range of digital tools. Demonstrate an ability to define complex and ambiguous problems, pinpoint key issues and develop workable solutions. Demonstrate a professional, proactive, flexible and self-motivated approach to a busy operational hands-on-role.
