The Role: Coordinate contract administration across a number of projects with the support of an Operations Manager Work alongside other office administrators to ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally Provide administrative support across the business where required both in person and virtually Ad-hoc queries as required Ideal Candidate: Property experience is desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Can-do attitude with the willingness to learn Great customer service and be highly organised Able to deal with multiple stakeholders and easily handle shifting priorities.
