Job Description: Our Clients are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Cellar Door Sales Assistant in Lovedale (Hunter Valley) . The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for wine, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will play a key part in creating memorable experiences for their visitors, sharing your love for their wines and contributing to the warm and inviting atmosphere of their cellar door in Lovedale . Key Responsibilities: Warmly welcome and greet guests at the cellar door. Lead engaging wine tastings, sharing in-depth knowledge about our wines. Assist customers with wine purchases and smooth transactions. Keep the cellar door area pristine and inviting. Manage inventory, restocking shelves to ensure a well-supplied environment. Facilitate wine club memberships and address any queries with enthusiasm. Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with guests. Contribute to and participate in exciting winery events and promotions. Requirements: Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the wine or hospitality industry. A genuine passion for wine and a desire to learn more about our offerings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
