Job description: Role : NetApp CVO Storage Specialist Primary Skills: Specialized skill in Storage Administration that includes NetApp CVO, Cloud Storage (Azure and GCP), Azure NetApp Files, CIFS/NFS migrations (hands one experience is a must) Candidate should have experience in managing iSCSI/NFS/CIFS/SAN environment Candidate should have understanding on EMC Products like Unity, Isilon, and VMAX series. Secondary Skills: Any public cloud experience (Azure/GCP) Agile delivery Strong ITIL working knowledge. Roles and Responsibilities: § Candidate should be an experienced NetApp CVO Administration Specialist § Candidate should be able to act as a point of contact and a L3 Subject Matter Expert for the Storage tower in front of the customer. § Responsible for vendor engagement/management § Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management § Conduct periodic reviews with teams § Plan and schedule Changes, coordinating with different stakeholders § Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to storage tower quality/security process defined for the engagement § Take corrective actions based on customer satisfaction surveys § Drive service improvement programs § Ensure adherence to quality/security standards defined for the engagement § Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents § Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects § Hardware troubleshooting & Vendor coordination\Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports § Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis § Ability to work in an Offshore-Onshore Client-Centric delivery model § Lead a diverse team across shores and deliver contractual SLA & KPI § Should be willing to work in a 24/7 environment. § Agile – JIRA, MIRO, Kanban, Confluence § ITIL – ServiceNow § MS Office and Google Workspace
