As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage inbound leads with passion and enthusiasm, building strong relationships and influencing negotiations with potential clients. Your active listening skills will enable you to effectively communicate product knowledge and present relevant solutions, all while managing your pipeline to consistently achieve targets. With leads pouring in, you’ll be the first point of contact for our eager clients Salary: 60k Super Uncapped Comms (OTE: 140k in your first year) Office Based role in Southbank, VIC Phone sales experience is highly desirable Solar Experience is advantageous What you will do: Effectively promote our service offerings to prospective customers Manage Inbound calls and enquiries to prospective customers Take ownership of the entire sales cycle and manage pipeline effectively Proactively demonstrate professional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment Effectively multitask whilst actively listening to provide relevant solutions Accurately record customer information on an internal system Build strong and effective relationships with customers What you will bring You have a zest for life, radiating positivity and vibrancy.
