The Position… We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fill the role of Production Administrator. This role will be based in their Carole Park facility. This full-time position will be responsible for, but not limited to: Undertaking a range of administrative duties as required to assist the Production Manager. Ensuring production runs are scheduled and changes updated in the system. Creating and updating Bill of Materials. Creating and completing production runs. Receiving and verifying raw material availability. Communicating with other departments. Undertake routine data entry. Estimating delivery shipment dates. You will need to liaise with internal departments to determine customer requirements while using the most cost-effective methods to meet the required production standards. Track project progress, production costs and prepare regular production reports. Maintain records, including project schedules and purchase orders. The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate will have: Past manufacturing administration experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience with Excel, Office Suite, and ERP software. A decisive mindset. Excellent organisational skills. Strong accuracy and speed focus. Good problem solving skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to learn quickly.
