The Opportunity: Reporting to the Corporate Facilities Division, this pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the operational and administrative support of Queensland Health's facilities. Based in Brisbane, the Facilities Administrator will ensure the smooth functioning of our state-wide Corporate Lease Portfolio, which includes office accommodation and warehouse facilities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating a positive impact on health services through effective facility management. This a temporary engagement where you will be a u&u Recruitment contractor, placed with our client Queensland Health. The pay rate of $ 48.12 / hour (plus super) aligns with the AO3 salary level and includes casual loading. The expected duration of this assignment would be until 29th of November 2024, with possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities: Provide top-tier customer service and operational support for corporate facilities; Handle high-volume communications and client interactions with professionalism; Offer proactive solutions to enhance service delivery within the facilities team; Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives; and Collaborate across teams to uphold service standards and facility operations. Required Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of facilities management within the public sector; Proven ability to deliver effective customer service and manage client relationships; Independent working style with a track record of initiative and discretion; Proficient in the use of relevant software packages for service management; and Experience in administrative support and team collaboration.
