Looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to work in a Pharmaceutical warehouse. Shift details Day Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm - Monday to Friday Please note: You must be flexible with start and finish times as you may be required for work overtime. Responsibilities include but not limited to; Provide accurate and timely financial and performance information to the Distribution Centre Manager Manage the reconciliation and accrual process (where required) for all expense, labour, freight invoices Collation of key performance indicator results Purchasing and inventory management of all stationary and other expense supplies, controlling wastage and purchasing costs Assist with the preparation and completion of employment documentation Effective waste management Order and allocate personal protective equipment and clothing Document management and update catalogue of Standard Operating Procedures Ensure all invoices are accurate and correctly costed upon entry into Basware Effective pallet control The successful applicant must have: 2 - 3 years Administration experience Can demonstrate experience in cost controls and administrative processes Experience in ASW would be an advantageCustomer orientation - establishment and maintenance of effective relationships with customers, internally and externally All employees MUST be an Australian Resident - No visa restrictions. Must be happy provide police check prior to starting.
