We are pleased to be working with our current client based in Truganina and are leading the search for Full-time Accounts Administrator. Your Role The role of full-time Accounts Administrator will be responsible for supporting all warehouse and finance functions and must be a team player with a strong attention to detail. Main Responsibilities Processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable invoices Month-end Reporting Reconciling the Workplace Management System Updated rate card activity Data entry Complete invoicing in Cargo Wise and WMS S2 (can be trained) Handling Customer billing queries on transport invoices Multitude of administrative tasks Processing Customer statements Assisting the 3PL Admin and Finance Teams where required To Succeed MIN of 2-3-years Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable knowledge Good level of MS Office including Word and Excel Solid communication skills Full drivers licence Benefits Monday to Friday 38-hours per week (consideration given to 4-days or 30-hours) $60,000-$65,000 per annum Superannuation Onsite parking Great team dynamic and superb company culture ProQuest Recruitment is an Australian privately owned recruitment company with business strength and specialist knowledge across a wide range of sectors.
