Casual ongoing role; Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Immediate Start Northern suburbs $43.13 per hour A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Pallet Controller with strong administration skills to join this reputable DC that specialises in home improvement and outdoor living products based in Somerton. Duties will include, although are not limited to: Co-ordinate and maintain control of pallets Optimise pallet control accuracy & traceability Resolve pallet rejections and discrepancies Maintain pallet control administration and work Communicate any issues / disputes with pallet partners, pallet providers and if required escalate to manager General warehouse administration including data entry and reporting using inhouse WMWS Excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Maintain and report on KPI's to the leadership team To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in a similar Pallet Controller role Strong customer service and administration skills within a warehouse environment Good computer skills including MS Excel and experience using Warehouse Management Systems Exposure to warehousing and transport Experience working in a fast-paced environment Previous experience dealing with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders at all levels Strong attention to detail This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a highly regarded company, working with a supportive team in a stable and growing business.
