The Company Our client is a leading Builder Developer that has 7 of their own developments currently in construction in South East QLD. In an exciting time for the company they are forecasting record sales in an incredibly buoyant apartment market. Predominantly building high end, medium rise, owner occupier apartments, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering a similar scope. Projects will range in value from $30m to $100m and the role will be based at the Gold Coast between office and site, depending on the stage of the project. This business operates with sophisticated processes and systems whilst remaining nimble and outcome focussed. They don’t have to deal with the bureaucratic challenges that some of their competitors are confronted by. The Role Based at the Gold Coast, as the CA you will be responsible for managing all the financial outcomes for the project, from procurement of trades, progress claims, close management of variations and more. You will administer and manage the cost reporting process and work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on Design issues and remedies. About You The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 1 or 2 contractor and will have 7 years experience working on similar size projects in the sectors mentioned above. You will have extensive experience working with JobPac and Procore. Your leadership traits, commercial acumen and relationship management will be the lead indicators to success.
