Benefits of working for this company: $65,000 - $75,000 commissions on every sale Monday to Friday Parking space, company phone and laptop 9:30am – 5:30pm work hours Fast paced and friendly work environment Stable long-term role in a growing business Full hand over and onboarding plan Quarterly interstate travel to property sites What will you be doing in this role: Working within an established team you will manage clients through their investing journey from initial inquiry to guiding them on which broker to speak with, what returns properties achieve and ultimately help them secure an investment property that fits their goals. With a focus across Australia helping clients buy new duplexes and house and land packages. Manage and qualify inbound lead and past inquiry Set buyer appointments to understand their buying goals Coordinate broker meetings Follow up brokers and guide clients on loan documentation required Review property prices and rental returns Present investment options and negotiate purchases Nurture clients through the buying journey Facilitate investment presentations in person and via video The right candidate will have: Experience selling house and land packages essential The ability to qualify and close leads Highly organised with strong attention to detail A passion for investing and building wealth through property Excellent presenting skills Ability to build relationship and drive outcomes Flexibility to travel interstate once per quarter To confidentially submit your CV please click apply or call 0450 668 223 to discuss the opportunity with Carlie Barnett at Recruit & Consult.
