Our mission is simple, we create the world’s greatest gaming experience, every day What You'll Do As a People & Culture Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert for handling employee inquiries, managing escalated requests, updating employee data, and providing first-class support to our employees across the APAC region. Your role will be integral in ensuring smooth P&C operations by collaborating with various stakeholders, enhancing systems, and delivering exceptional customer service. Some key responsibilities include: Deliver exceptional customer service for HR-related inquiries from employees, P&C Business Partners, and managers via email, instant messaging, chat, and phone Collaborate with P&C Business Partners, Employee Relations teams, and other departments to ensure efficient P&C operations as well as planning and executing annual P&C processes Accurately and promptly resolve inquiries using knowledge guides and multiple systems Use our case management tool to document inquiries, updates, and resolutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary Communicate P&C policies and programs effectively Manage your workload efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs). What We're Looking For Experience in a P&C administrative/coordination role or in an HR Contact Center/Shared Service Operations environment Experience with Workday is a plus Passionate about delivering excellent customer service Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organization Skilled in managing multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic environmen Committed to handling sensitive and confidential employee data with care Adept at utilizing knowledge guide materials for research and inquiry resolution Bachelor’s degree in human resources would be highly regarded We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role can be based out of our office in Greystanes or Macquarie Park based on what suits you with free onsite parking provided, with the flexibility to work in the office and from home.
