Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet all technical, quality, and safety standards Act as the technical lead on projects, providing expert guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and designers Develop innovative and efficient structural engineering design solutions for a diverse range of projects, including Health/Aged Care, Residential, Commercial, and Retail Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal preparation Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 10 years of local experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of acting as a technical lead on projects Bachelor's degree in Engineering & CPEng accredited Extensive experience in Health/Aged Care, Residential, Commercial, and Retail sectors Strong technical skills, including proficiency in structural analysis and design software Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
