Working closely with our State Manager and Construction Manager, this position focuses on achieving workflow targets during our pre-site and post-construction stages. This is a unique opportunity to lead, coach, and develop a team while ensuring the highest standards in service delivery and customer satisfaction. About the Role As our Administration Team Leader, you will oversee the pre-site and post-construction processes, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion. With solid industry experience, you can look forward to: Supporting our experienced Project team to do what they do best Running a tight workflow that enables us to meet and exceed our business objectives Establishing and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders such as local council planners, building surveyors, developers, sales and construction teams to achieve the most efficient and high-quality outcomes for our customers and the business. Overseeing the legal management, processing and registration of our sales and land contracts Supporting our customers’ post-settlement aftercare during the warranty and maintenance period Collaborating with our internal teams to enable the magic to happen About You You are an industry professional with a passion for property development and building. You know how to run a job, and your analytical mind helps you foresee challenges and plan ahead, ensuring projects stay on track. These skills come from your deep understanding of New South Wales building processes, including DA, CDC, varying local councils, and BASIX requirements. Your experience in a senior or team leader position will prepare you well for this new opportunity, and you’re excited about leading our three project team members to success.
