About You: Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or a similar field. Experience: Over 3 years of experience in roading and pavement projects. Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience supervision live projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in general civil engineering principles and technical elements. Industry Background: Previous experience with a reputable civil engineering contractor. Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of pavement types, standard surfacing, and asphalting practices, including supervision of laying, material quantification, ordering, testing, and quality monitoring. Auxiliary Civil Experience: Expertise in related civil aspects of surfacing and road construction such as asphalting and chip seal works.
