What You'll Do: Manage and respond to employment-related requests efficiently. Maintain and update our Position Description library. Set up and manage accurate employee files. Contribute to process improvements and streamline operations. Manage the employee visa register and ensure compliance with work rights. Assist with general administration and onboarding support for the Talent team. Who We're Looking For: A degree in Business/Human Resource Management or a related field (preferred). Some experience in HR or a related role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and an interest in pursuing a career in the field. Excellent communication skills and a knack for organisation and prioritisation. A proactive attitude, enthusiastic approach, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
