The Role and Responsibilities: Administration support to the Manager - Learning and Development to implement policies and all areas of the Learning Management System (LMS) for the Group in order to facilitate employee development, enhance individual and organisation performance. Responsibilities include and are not limited to : Work with the Manager – Learning and Development to complete the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) Act as the LMS Super User; managing learners, operating the help desk, designing workflows and functionality Maintenance of licensing and registration records in the LMS, including compliance and expiry notifications Work with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure A.G. Coombs Group created content being shared via the LMS is kept up to date, and is engaging and relevant Monitoring and actioning of Training Plans, including advising Managers and learners on the most appropriate learning and development solutions to address skills gaps. You demonstrate: A clear passion for learning and development and proven experience operating in a dedicated L&D role Experience of working with a Learning Management System (LMS): SAP Litmos or ELMO highly desirable Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc). Advanced Smartsheet skills Highly proficient at communicating with all organisational levels Charismatic, approachable team player who works well under pressure and without supervision We request that candidates have full Australian working rights
