About the role – Full-time initially for 3 months before reverting to Permanent Part-time 0.6FTE , with a focus on providing reception support between 3-5pm. Located at our office in Salisbury, we’re on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic NDIS Administration Officer to become an integral part of our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring quality services for our valued clients, actively following up on queries and providing vital information and assistance. We are seeking a full-time team member for approximately 3 months, after which we can offer a permanent part-time position (45.6 hours per fortnight). Ideally, we are looking for someone who is willing to work Fridays and through negotiation, 0.6FTE across five or fewer days. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in maintaining crucial business information, ensuring contractual obligations are met and high levels of support for NDIS participants receiving services from Baptist Care SA. Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Provide administrative support to the Team Leader, NDIS Operations and Disability Pathways management team Assist with filing and maintaining client and staff records Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and guests, answering incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner About you: As a busy multi-service site, we value an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organisational and administrative abilities, and a compassionate dedication to meeting the needs of our community’s most vulnerable. You will also have the following skills and experience: Certificate III qualifications/and or experience in a client facing, receptionist role High-level computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, internet and web-based applications Organised, attentive to detail and able to prioritise fluctuating workloads Strong verbal and written communication skills Specific Requirements: Baptist Care SA is committed to the safety and protection of all children and vulnerable people and as such applicants will be considered in accordance with our safety practices and suitability.
