You'll collaborate closely with various teams to deliver services that excel in customer experience, scalability, automation, and innovation. This position offers you the chance to contribute to our unique peer-to-peer community data set and experiment with cutting-edge technologies, sharing your insights and learnings. What will you be doing? Dive into the exciting challenge of evolving our legacy systems. Utilize your expertise in PHP Symfony and Laravel to not just maintain, but to innovatively refactor and build new features that push the boundaries of our technology. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products by collaborating with our talented product and UI/UX teams. Your contribution will be critical in steering the design process, transforming ideas into tangible, user-centric solutions. Showcase your skills in AWS cloud infrastructure to architect and manage robust Docker environments. Your ability to navigate and optimize cloud technologies will be key in driving our platform's efficiency and scalability. Be the guiding force for our junior engineers. Your mentorship through code reviews and constructive feedback will not only elevate their skills but also foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within our team. Your keen eye for efficiency will be instrumental in identifying and advocating for process improvements. Lead the charge in streamlining our operations, ensuring we stay agile and effective in our project delivery. Engage actively in planning sessions and retrospectives, bringing your strategic insights to the table. Your problem-solving acumen will be crucial in addressing and resolving production challenges, keeping our projects on track. Be at the heart of our business transformation efforts. Your involvement in multiple projects and programs will not only contribute to their success but also shape the future of how we operate and deliver services at CreditorWatch. What are we looking for? Experience in back-end development, specifically with PHP Symfony or Laravel. Experience in front-end development, specifically React & Angular. Proficiency in AWS services and Docker container management. Experience in an Agile product development environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical information for a diverse audience.
