Skills & experience; Bachelor in Early Years Education Current Working with Children Check Current National Police Clearance Certificate Current Medical Clearance Develop strategies to guide positive children's behaviour Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe As per each state specific Health Department Mandate, a COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate or proof of required vaccination is required Current approved First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the National Quality framework (NQF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS) Effective communication skills – with families, staff and children As part of your role, you will be working with young children and those who are vulnerable. It is your obligation to always ensure their safety and report any concerns that you have, in line with our duty of care obligations.
