About the role We have an exciting full-time, 12-month fixed term contract Partnership Administrator (BD Administrator) position available in our Melbourne Personal Legal Services (PLS) team. This role will support initiatives that enable our law practices to grow their business and provide legal services to more Australians. You will be highly organised and personable and someone who enjoys an environment where no two days are the same Key Responsibilities Foster relationships with internal and external groups Support the delivery of the PLS team’s Business Development strategy Support the identification of new partnership opportunities Collating reports, presentations and training packages Assist in the delivery of Business Development events Coordinate the creation and maintenance of communications such as publications, website and intranet content, in conjunction with the Business Development and Marketing team Create and update calendar of events Support the PLS Executive Legal Assistant to provide general administrative support and coordination as required The experience we are looking for Administration experience Understanding of business development, sales or marketing principles (desirable) Experience working in a high-volume work environment Demonstrated ability to learn software packages and systems Ability to adapt to different styles and build rapport with people at different levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities and attributes Well-developed communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal) in liaising with internal and external clients Strong time management and organisational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines Our People Commitment comes with the following benefits: Ongoing coaching and career development opportunities 22 Weeks Parental leave with your superannuation guaranteed and back-to-work transition policy End of Year leave, 1 day first year, 4 days after 2 years Comprehensive mental health framework, including wellbeing leave (up to 4 extra days per year) and $299 reimbursement Discounted gym membership A hybrid flex working model Salary Continuance & Life Insurance 17.5% Annual Leave Loading … just to name a few.
