About the role We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Administrative Officer, at our Arndale location. Reporting to the National Microfinance Project Officer, this is a Fixed Term, Part-time position Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS award level 3. You will successfully Provide administrative support for the day to day operations of the SalvosNILS Loan Provider program. Ensuring Bank and Centrelink Imports and Exports are completed according to set guidelines. Monitoring loan applications; liaising with Client Support Providers and Loan Assessors to ensure that loans are assessed in a timely manner. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate purchase of goods or services in line with loan applications. Ensuring that all reporting obligations (internal and external) are accurately completed as required in a timely manner. You will have (Requisite Skills & Qualifications) Certificate 3 in Business Administration and/or a minimum of 2 years experience in general and financial administrative services. Prior Microfinance and/or banking and finance experience would be well regarded. A national police record check is required A current and valid Working with Vulnerable Persons Check A driver’s licence.
