Who we’re looking for Reporting to the National Supply Manager - Grape, the Packaging & Admin Officer will ensure the packaging requirements of all grape farming assets in QLD and Sunraysia are met in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Strong attention to detail, ability to think critically and organise and prioritise work is critical to the success of this role. What you’ll be doing The Packaging & Admin Officer is accountable for forecasting packaging product volumes, placing orders with approved suppliers, coordinating product delivery schedules with transporters/farms/growers, and maintaining accurate financial invoicing and product traceability reports. Other responsibilities Forecast Pre-season product volumes for Costa farms, Distribution Centres, and 3 rd party growers: Accurate stock management and inventory consumption by ensuring packaging consumables are in stock with cross reference reporting to ensure any imbalances are swiftly identified and closed out. Maintain work cycle for packaging invoices. Co-ordinate any new artwork with relevant Supplier/s and Costa compliance team. End of season Reconciliations and stock takes. Maintain key documents such as the packaging manual and annual grower list for distributors. What you’ll bring to the role Previous experience working in packaging, stock management or logistics is preferred but not essential. Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills – written and oral.
