Essential Requirements: • Minimum one year’s experience in an administration position preferably in Human Resources. • Current Blue Card or ability to obtain. • Current Queensland, unrestricted Driver Licence. • Ability to complete and pass a Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women - Licensed Care Service Criminal History screening check (LCS). Please note that this check can take 4 weeks to be processed. • The willingness to participate in an on call rotational roster (minimum once per month) for rostering About the Role: • The HR Administration Assistant will form an integral part of the HR team, providing support to the HR Manager and the HR team. • They will provide a wide range of human resource operational support and administrative services to the HR team which help meet the organisational needs. • Undertake all general administrative duties for the Human Resource team, including but not limited to digital filing, photocopying, scanning, binding, laminating, formatting of documents and other tasks. • Responsible for the upkeep of employee’s certifications and training to comply with licensing standards. • Respond to HR enquiries, referring matters to the appropriate HR team member when necessary. • Prepare for induction, including but not limited to, onboarding new employees, preparing the induction room and any other relevant duties required as directed by your manager. • Assist the Workplace Health and Safety Officer with ordering and maintaining First Aid and WHS supplies when required. • As required, assist other HR team members in the performance of their role consistent with your skills, competencies, and training. • Follow and provide any other duties as reasonable requested and directed by the Human Resources Manager, including any ad-hoc duties as required.
