We are in a massive growth period and are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time roles that will be based in our offices in the CBD. After an initial training period, we are happy to work with hybrid or flexible work arrangements, as several of our staff enjoy hybrid work currently. Who are we looking for? Administrative Assistant with 1-3 years’ experience. We will also consider an entry-level applicant A background in education, migration/legal or travel would be excellent, however hospitality administration would also suit the role well. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Co-operative and energetic personality. Our team works closely together, and we value a supportive, friendly environment. High attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines. What will the role involve? Assisting our migration agents with preparing contracts and drafting applications Arranging meetings and consultations with clients and agents Collecting and validating documentation Liaising with clients and business partners Answering phone and email enquiries Reporting and managing CRM What can we offer you?
