We are urgently recruiting for experienced Automation & Electrical Engineer for QLD. If you decide to have a sea change, our client offers a great relocation package Also, above market salary, perks and career opportunities are available with this market leader Responsibilities include but not limited to: · Projects (CAPEX /OPEX) including building, utilities, services, equipment, and layout. · Ensuring installations & implementations within budget, time, cost and quality & safety. · Updating/creating site technical drawings and documentation. · Lead and coordinate the contribution of all the stakeholders · Selecting, qualifying and coordination of contractors' activities. What qualifies you: Completion of tertiary study Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8 years' experience in the engineering field. We are open to candidates that have also just arrived in Australia with strong technical experience with dry powders production. Project & people leading skills including developed analytical budgetary skills. Experience working in food manufacturing environment - preferred. Leaders will require a proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams, experience in managing and leading teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven capacity to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality. Must have PLC programming skills Self-management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them.
