We are looking for a dynamic and passionate People & Culture Administrator to join our team. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information. People & Culture Administrator will be reporting to the People and Culture Advisor. About the Role: Your attention to detail and the ability to work independently, communicate effectively and build strong working relationships will see you succeed in this role. Your duties and responsibilities will be : Provide HR administrative support to the P&C Department Manage the People and Culture Inbox, respond or direct relevant correspondence to the appropriate team member. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and interviewers. Assist in the onboarding process and training compliance, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into the organisation. Maintain employee records with strong attention to detail and a strong focus on compliance. Establish relationships and communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders. Support with various HR projects. About you: Prior administration experience within HR environment Ability to engage, influence and build long-lasting relationships across multiple teams Resilient team player with excellent communication skills.
