So, if you want to play an integral part in paving the way for our client to be recognised as the top industry leaders, then apply now Your duties will include: Database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, letter box drop offs; Booking and assisting with home appraisals; Assisting with open homes and private inspections; Handling phone & email inquiries; Managing leads pipeline; Assisting with listing properties for sale; Build relationships with existing and prospective vendors and buyers; Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities; Assisting in developing marketing materials; Data entry and other administrative duties as required; Ensuring a smooth sales campaign process from start to finish; and Any other ad hoc general administration duties. To succeed in this role you'll have: Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential); A current Certificate Of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP); Strong written and verbal communication skills; An exceptional customer service ethos; A focused, driven and motivated personality; Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook; Ability to work effectively under pressure; Process driven with impeccable attention to detail; High level problem-solving skills; Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively; Professional phone manner; High level personal presentation; Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies; Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and systems; A team player; Possess exceptional follow-up; Forward thinking, open to change & focused on continuous improvement; and Punctual.
