The Role: This role brings a unique opportunity for you to work alongside the senior management team to maintain major accounts and contribute to the continued market share success and growth of the organisation. With a strategic mindset you will clearly understand your clients needs and growth plan and foster genuine partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of both genuine and non-genuine automotive accessories to new and existing customers. Identify and develop new market opportunities while maintaining existing business relationships. Foster healthy working relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring detailed and efficient communication on commercial matters, specifications, and project timelines. Ensure compliance with all safety rules and company policies, maintaining key account relationships with major automakers in Australia. Assist in sales administration, monitor supply chain logistics, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery and quality of products. Handle financial assessments including debt control and foreign exchange transactions. Engage in commercial negotiations, prepare quotes, and conduct periodic price reviews to optimize client satisfaction and profitability. Develop new business opportunities by understanding client business needs and market directions. Qualifications: Diploma or higher in International Business or Commerce. 3-5 years of operational experience in sales and international trade. Desirable Skills: Proven negotiation and people management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing commercial transactions.
