Who we’re looking for: Reporting to the National Sales Manager, Sales Support Officers are integral to our business as they manage the order process, manage and allocate stock to DC's based on customer orders and coordinate freight accordingly based at our office in Docklands, VIC. The Sales Support Officer will work extensively with the operational teams and will be the key go to person for all sales support required. Please note, this is a full-time 12 month fixed position. What you’ll be doing: The role will predominantly be responsible for liaising with internal and external key stakeholders which include freight & logistics providers, ensure that system data entry is accurate and timely in line with the category requirements and manage the order process; from ordering of product through to despatch. Other responsibilities: Allocate products based on customer orders Coordinate freight based on requirements to DC's timely communication with the distribution centres if order requirements change. Also includes clear communication with the freight provider and customer.
