This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving the sales order process, supporting our business in ANZ and SEA. Your experience of working with customers in an international sales environment alongside your multi tasking, organizational ability and inspirational leadership will ensure your success in this role. The Manager of Sales Operations is offered as a hybrid role from our Macquarie Park, Sydney office. The role reports to the Director of Sales Operations based globally. Job Responsibilities include: - Work as a strategic business partner with the Sales Leadership teams, Contracts, Rev Rec, Legal, Order Management, and Credit - Develop Annual Performance Goals - Mentor and develop all team members to achieve or exceed their Performance and Development potential - Oversee the Deal Tracking process through the Salesforce/CRM system in support of tracking quarterly sales performance - Ensure the team is versed and trained in all processes pertaining to the preparation and execution of customer-facing documentation - Hold yourself and your team accountable for high-quality results - Generate and maintain reports to support business requirements - Monitor and provide input regarding the budget for support staff, travel, training, overtime, and other operational expenses - Provide ongoing feedback to ensure up-to-date processes and best practices are maintained - Think creatively and analytically to address complex business scenarios with urgency - Lead by example to align with UKG Values and Behaviors - Plan strategically for deadlines, workloads, and leaves to ensure coverage needs meet business requirements - Have a working knowledge of all product suites and software programs to support the Sales organization - Required to support Month and Quarter End business - Maintain a high level of engagement and agility for the organization's ever-changing dynamics and seek to understand how it impacts the business, thereby, the job itself Qualifications Qualifications: - Associate Degree or five (5) years of relevant leadership experience - Positively embrace and navigate change with an open mind and willingness to adapt - Innovative thinker willing to challenge the status quo and driven to make a difference - Ability to build strategic relationships with all levels of the organization - Technical aptitude and experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft applications preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking - High self-motivation, responsibility, and flexibility to achieve results - Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment - Limited travel required EEO Statement Equal Opportunity Employer Ultimate Kronos Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment.
