We're only a few hours from Melbourne and you'll be enjoying all the region has to offer - from About the Role: The Medical Administration Coordinator reports to the CEO and Director of Medical Services at Yarrawonga Health. The role supports the operational administrative function of medical administration. These administrative functions include medical rostering, coordination of education and learning activities for doctors, general practice liaison, payroll reconciliation, coordination of medical credentialing processes and general administrative functions. Key Selection Criteria: Previous experience in a complex office administration environment preferably in healthcare High quality written and verbal communication skills Well-developed computer literacy and skills Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications with demonstrated ability to work to tight timelines and prioritise competing work demands. Ability and preparedness to work in and contribute to a team environment Demonstrated ability to learn and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency Previous experience in a health-related position working with medical practitioners and health executives - desirable Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with various groups of people including medical practitioners, key stakeholders and staff.
