Member Services Administrator Flexible WFH options | Full-time Permanent role Gordon, NSW, 2072 location | Parking available on site Collaborative and passionate team | Competitive salary About the Role: As the Member Services Administrator, you will be pivotal in enhancing member services, ensuring compliance, providing administrative support, and driving technological advancements within the organisation. You will also: Perform a range of general administrative duties to support the organisation and its members. Utilise iMIS and other software to streamline processes, improve member experiences, and lead tech-centred projects. Act as the go-to IT person for the team, providing technical support and guidance. Assist in the introduction and management of member audits, working alongside our audit panel to coordinate the audit process, liaise with members, and ensure proper documentation. Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls, handling customer interactions with excellent phone manners. Coordinate communication with members via email and social media accounts. To be successful, you will have: Ideally 3 years’ experience in administration, project support, or a similar role. Proficiency in using technology including iMIS, MS Office Suite, and other platforms that may be used for member interactions including social media. Experience working with peak professional bodies or associations is preferred. Strong stakeholder management experience, and fantastic written and verbal communication skills. Excellent phone manners and experience in resolving customer issues and concerns using excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. A proactive and member-centric approach, with fantastic attention to detail. An open, inclusive, and collaborative working style, and the ability to support a positive team environment.
