This full-time, office-based position offers the potential for permanency after 3-6 months, along with an attractive hourly rate of $35.00 - $40.00 plus Super. About the Role: - Assist Management with project and client follow-ups. - Engage with smaller clients, follow up on estimates, and maintain Excel spreadsheets. - Utilise CRM systems, specifically BCI and Zoho, to identify and manage construction projects across Melbourne. - Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm - Start date: 6th of September Requirements: - Minimum of three years of experience in B2B sales support and administration. - Quick learner with exceptional attention to detail. - Prior experience with CRM systems, especially Zoho. - Background in business-to-business sales. - Strong organisational and communication skills. - Must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
