This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the casual workforce on-site as well as HR administration duties for our client. About the Role: You will be responsible for all aspects of the administration process and recruitment process including but not limited to : Understanding the client's business and requirements in order to recruit the right people for their business Taking detailed job briefs Team Leader, Supervisor and Management liaison Sourcing and interviewing Candidates to have a pool of ready to go candidates Filling of job orders Inductions of new starters Ensuring candidates are following safe work practices Conducting regular Tool Box Talks Managing attendance issues Database Management Providing high level of customer service to both clients and candidates After hours responsibilities Assisting Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices with recruitment tasks HR administration duties including inductions, updating training matrix, preparing contracts and employee relations Adhoc duties as required About you: Maturity to make decisions on-the-fly A high level of attention to detail and a genuine passion to deliver exceptional customer service Outstanding communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with all stakeholders across multiple levels Able to work autonomously , enthusiastic with a dynamic personality and a high desire to achieve results Has excellent presentation Good sense of humour and the ability to get the job done Own vehicle and drivers license Previous recruitment experience preferred Some experience with Human Resources would be an advantage We offer A friendly working environment with a supportive team An excellent management team Competitive salary We are a small but effective team and have a team culture where your opinion, knowledge and skills are valued.
