About the position We have a brand-new role for a People & Culture Administrator in our growing team. This role would suit someone with experience as a P&C Administrator or someone with superb administration skills and experience and a desire to expand their career in people and culture. You will be responsible for the following: Coordinating and providing all clerical and administrative support within the P&C department for the end-to-end employee lifecycle; Provide recruitment support -, scheduling interviews and co-ordinating pre-employment background checks; Administration of P&C data such as employee files and digital human resources information system, ensuring accuracy through data and process audits; and, Assist with P&C projects and initiatives. To succeed in this role, you should have: 1 years’ experience in a human resources administration position, (or minimum of 3 years’ prior administration experience in a fast-paced people-centric workplace) in a blue-collared business; A high level of attention to detail is crucial, as the role involves drafting template employment contracts and general data entry; A strong demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and integrity is required due to the nature of the data handled; Exceptional organisational and time management skills are necessary, along with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously; High proficiency in the MS OFFICE suite, particularly with intermediate to advanced skills in EXCEL, is needed; and, Strong self-motivation and confidence in your ability to get the job done accurately and on time.
