This role will be rostered on an as needed basis (relief) as such flexible availability to work a variety of shift is required. Track record of delivering high-quality service and building strong customer relationships. Skilled in handling challenging situations and maintaining professionalism under pressure. Excellent working relationships with team members with the ability to lead by example at all times. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop team members; Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and entry regulations; Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve complex issues with a focus on customer satisfaction; Provide feedback and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
