We are seeking an experienced Transport Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Altona to provide quality on-time support to our Operations teams and our wide customer base This is a Parental Leave Contract role for 6-9 months. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and our customers will be an essential part of the role. Your strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills as well as the ability work independently, problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment are essential About you: At least 2 years' experience in a customer service role within the logistics, freight, or delivery service industries. Excellent planning and communication skills. Ability to prioritise your workload in a busy environment while coordinating multiple timelines consistently. Excellent focus and attitude towards customer service. Strong work ethic and poses a "Can do" attitude.
