Reporting directly to the Sales Manager who will be your mentor and key to your success. Your “can do” attitude will see you: Handling enquiries from customers on orders and queries Extensive liaison in the distribution of leads to proactive Sales Executives Quoting Processing orders Updating and maintaining the database Liaising with warehouse and suppliers regarding deliveries and orders Ad hoc administration duties as required Most importantly, you will ensure that customer satisfaction levels and quality of service are exceeded at every turn. To thrive in this role, you will have a strong sales & customer service orientation , an eye for detail and design. Ideally you will be a recent graduate in Marketing / Commerce / Business and during your studies you will have a background working in a sales / customer service / internal sales environment which could be in the RETAIL industry. In your background you will have displayed exceptional time management and problem solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills , combined with great enthusiasm and a proactive approach. Previous customer service/administration experience in office furniture / homewares or a design-orientated environment will be advantageous. You will also need to be skilled in MS Word and Excel.
