Description Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: draft, review, and check commercial leasing contracts, ensuring all terms are clear, compliant, and advantageous for our client. Negotiation and Special Conditions: Negotiate lease terms and manage special conditions that require careful consideration and integration into lease agreements. Lease Redrafting: Redraft leases as necessary to incorporate amendments and ensure all conditions are correctly reflected. Detail-Oriented Review: Conduct thorough reviews of complex lease documents to identify and address any discrepancies or issues. Follow-Ups: Handle follow-ups and administrative tasks to ensure timely processing and execution of lease agreements.
