The role: This is a newly created role working with one of our clients based on the Sunshine Coast. The successful candidate will play a key part in enabling an effective and efficient Project Delivery team. You will support the Project Team with business improvement, system development, administrative functions, and tasks coordination. Responsibilities will include: Assist with business improvements to increase process efficiency and project delivery; Deliver general administration duties such us arranging, proofing and editing information, as well as maintenance of records and databases; Coordinate travel, including long term accommodation agreements for project team members and contractors; Assist with finance and procurement activities; Assist in the development of correspondence to support business case development and procurement activities; Assist with regional employee and Contractor onboarding; Coordinate reporting of the project to ensure key objectives, deliverables and timeframes are met by the division; Facilitate and coordinate project meetings and workshops; Develop, report, minute and collate project information; Act as Super User regarding document management systems for the project, including advocate documenting of new business operations and the continual review and update of existing practices to ensure a current and complete record of our guidance material is available; Provide system training and support to the Project Team; Identify and contribute to the implementation of administrative processes and procedure improvements; and Assist in the preparation of reports, briefing papers, and presentations. What we are looking for: Experience providing executive support and assistance in a fast paced, high volume project environment; Extensive Microsoft Suite Skills and Knowledge; Demonstrated high level of skills in dealing competently and confidentially with personnel at all levels; Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organisation; and Strong time management and organisational skills.
