Reporting directly to the National Sales Director based in Sydney, the State Sales Manager performs a critical role in refining and driving new business opportunities for the business. Working closely with partners and strategic customers, you will ensure the business achieves market share and other commercial objectives, whilst delivering an excellent customer experience. Duties: Define, lead, and manage the sales process including strategy, market segmentation, lead generation, product demonstration, negotiation, contracting and service. Develop strategic partnerships within the commercial leasing ecosystem. Develop strategic partnerships with large-scale businesses and franchises. Work collaboratively with risk, compliance, and legal colleagues, adhering to regulatory requirements at all times. Key Skills and Experience 5 years’ experience working in a sales and distribution role within the commercial real estate and/or finance sectors.
