We are currently growing our client base within Melbourne, and we seek a result driven Sales Development Representative to support our Sales Executive in this expansion. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success within Melbourne and regional cities Location: Melbourne Position will be a combination of WFH / Office and Client faced meetings We have a Melbourne CBD office and a Geelong CBD office. The candidate will be required to attend the Geelong CBD office up to twice per month. Job Type: Full-time - $65k -$75k PA plus Super and Uncapped Commissions About the role: Actively seek new business opportunities for labour hire & workplace training, engage and build relationships with potential customers. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executive in next steps. Provide complete and appropriate solutions for potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Main Duties: Research, identify and prospect for new customers, through various activities including print, web, email, cold calls, face to face meetings. Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate services. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives or relevant Calibre Workforce stakeholder. Forecast lead generation plans in the CRM and report (monthly, weekly, daily or as appropriate) We are looking for: Excellent time management / communication and negotiation skills. Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach. Target driven & track record of achieving sales quotas. Strong administrative & organisational skills. Self-motivated and results orientated. Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative.
