We need a proactive, detail-oriented professional to lead the way This newly created position is aimed at enhancing the contract management functions. You'll step into the shoes of a role that's crucial for managing and optimizing active and high-profile contracts. Your main tasks will include: Ensure Quality and Adherence: Uphold high standards by ensuring that contracts comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. Enhance & Excel in Reporting: Collaborate with management to review and improve performance reports (KPIs), aiming for ongoing enhancements, Develop and maintain accurate quarterly, annual, and monthly reports to support transparency and accountability. Drive Compliance and Efficiency: Oversee contract renewals and expirations, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and compliance is maintained. Lead Technology Adoption: Spearhead the implementation of new technologies and systems, training the team to use them effectively and efficiently. What We’re Looking For: Experience: A few years of hands-on contract management experience across various industries. Council experience is a plus but not mandatory. Skillset: Proficiency in contract management, with a strong focus on reporting, and compliance. Knowledge of TechnologyOne and TRIM is helpful but not required. Attitude: A confident, go-getter who takes initiative and thrives in a multicultural team environment. Mobility: Occasional travel between North Ryde and Meadowbank may be required so a valid NSW drivers license is essential. Why work here?
