The Opportunity As the InEight Applications Administrator, you will be a core team member involved in the deployment and ongoing maintenance of the InEight Project Management system. You will work with end users to bring standardisation and simplification of managing our InEight software. With your expertise, you will configuring new users, configure module practices and tables and monitor upgrades/integration. You will also assist in monitoring compliance. Your strength lies in communicating within a project team and with end users, to work through 1st level technical support issues. You will be well versed in document control from both a project and a compliance lens and understand the importance of maintaining accurate and compliant data. Reporting to the Business Technology Services Manager, this position is further supported by our talented team of people including the InEight Project Implementation office and the wider IT team. This role is based out of our Girraween office in Western Sydney. You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in related technology discipline Experience delivering IT Solutions Experience with SaaS applications The ability to pick up new systems and processes easily Familiarisation with MS Project, Excel macros and upload schedules Experience with InEight is beneficial but in no way essential Our Team At Interflow, we are honest, reliable, competent and respectful.
